AI reads your story with its timings and plans the scenes — who is in each one, what happens, and one fixed look for every character so they stay the same in every picture — then writes the prompts you'll make the pictures with.
First make the character sheet, then the place sheet(s). Make every scene in the same chat with those sheets attached — same chat + same sheets = the same faces and the same rooms. In Flow you can paste Copy all into its chat in one go. Pick the size above in your tool too. Scenes shorter than 8 s are the best ones to animate.
Tap a scene to change its picture, or drag a picture onto it. ▶ on a scene plays just its part of the story. A scene without a picture keeps showing the one before.
