Credits are shared by everything you make. A 3-minute story video — the story written by the Story Director, Studio-quality voices and a scene plan for its pictures — uses about 205 credits. Extras are up to you: video prompts (about 20), the YouTube title and description (10) and arranging your pictures with AI (about 25). A plain voiceover uses about 23 credits a minute in Studio quality, 16 in Swift. A plan's credits are fresh every month and don't carry over — on a yearly plan too.

Story videos are 3 minutes: story, voices and scene plan (about 205 credits each). Minutes are for Studio-quality voice in Roman-script Hinglish at a usual pace (about 13 letters a second) — a slower voice gives a little more. Swift gives about 1.5× as many minutes, Ultra about half.
What a credit buys
One set of credits pays for everything: what is spoken, and the AI helpers you choose to use. The Studio shows the cost before you start, and gives credits back if something fails.

Questions about paying
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Razorpay. In India: UPI (including AutoPay for plans), cards and net banking, in rupees. Outside India: cards, in US dollars. BoliLabs never sees your card or UPI details.
What are daily credits?
Every paid plan also gives credits each day — 10 on Starter, 20 on Creator, 40 on Pro. They are used before your other credits and last until midnight India time, so use them or lose them.
How do yearly plans work?
You pay once a year and save about two months. You still get the plan's credits month by month — fresh every month for 12 months — plus the daily credits. To change or stop a yearly plan early, write to support@bolilabs.com: we'll stop it and refund the months you haven't started, and you can then choose a new plan here.
Do unused credits carry over?
No. A plan's credits are for their month — on monthly and yearly plans alike — and are replaced by the next month's. Daily credits last until midnight. Top-ups last 12 months and the welcome credits 30 days. The Studio always spends the credits that run out first.
Can I change my plan?
A monthly plan, yes: choose the other plan here (or a yearly one). It starts today with its full credits, your old plan stops renewing straight away, and whatever is left of your old plan's credits stays usable until the end of the month you paid for. A yearly plan is changed by writing to us.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month (or year) you paid for and doesn't renew. Read the refund policy for when money is returned.
Will I get an invoice?
Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment. Need an invoice for your business? Write to support@bolilabs.com.
I didn't get the welcome credits
Welcome credits are one per person: one per browser, and a few per network each day. If many accounts were made on your network that day, they're added when you come back on another day. Your account page shows the reason; if it looks wrong, write to support@bolilabs.com.
My bank set up a mandate — where are my credits?
Some banks first take ₹0–2 to set up the plan's payments and take the plan's price a little later, usually within a day. The month's credits arrive with that payment. Until then your account page shows the plan as set up, and you can cancel it there.
