Delivery Policy
BoliLabs is an online software service. Nothing is shipped to an address.
- Plans and top-ups are delivered to your BoliLabs account as credits as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute. A yearly plan's credits come month by month: the first month's at once, the next on the same date each month. For a plan set up by bank mandate, the first month's credits arrive when your bank takes the first payment, usually within a day. You can see them on your account page and in the Studio.
- What you make — audio and video files — is created in the Studio and downloaded straight to your device.
- If credits you've paid for haven't arrived within 24 hours, write to support@bolilabs.com with your Razorpay payment id and we'll fix it or refund you, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
