Terms of Service

BoliLabs (“BoliLabs”, “we”, “us”) is a brand of Radheyshyam Enterprises, a proprietorship of Mayank Gupta (GSTIN 07AODPG2659A1ZE), C-43, 1st Floor, Room No. 1, Nathu Colony, Mandoli Road, Shahdara, East Delhi, Delhi 110093, India. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use bolilabs.com and the BoliLabs Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure — what happens in your BoliLabs account is your responsibility.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use BoliLabs with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.
  • One person per account. Creating accounts to collect extra welcome credits is not allowed.

2. What the Service does

BoliLabs turns text you provide into speech and helps you write, arrange and illustrate stories and videos using artificial intelligence, including Google's Gemini models. AI output can be wrong, mispronounced or different from what you expected; listen to it before you publish it. We may change, add or remove features, voices, characters and prices; we'll tell you on the site or by email before a price change affects a plan you pay for.

3. Credits, plans and payments

  • Credits pay for AI work in the Service. The cost of each job is shown in the Studio before you start. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only within BoliLabs.
  • Welcome credits are given once per person and device, last 30 days, and may be withheld where we see misuse.
  • Plans are subscriptions paid monthly or yearly. A plan gives its credits for each month: with a monthly plan on every successful monthly payment, with a yearly plan month by month for the 12 months paid for. Unused plan credits do not carry over to the next month. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Paid plans also give daily credits while the plan is active. They are used before your other credits and end at midnight India time; unused daily credits do not carry over.
  • A yearly plan is changed or ended early by writing to us; we then stop it and refund the months that haven't started, and you can choose another plan.
  • Top-ups are one-time purchases; their credits last 12 months.
  • In India, prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Outside India, prices are in US dollars and you pay by card; your bank may add its own charges for a foreign payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't receive or store your card or UPI details.
  • If a job fails, the credits it took are returned automatically.
  • Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to use BoliLabs to create or share content that:

  • imitates, impersonates or claims to be the voice of a real person — including celebrities, politicians and public figures — or is meant to deceive people about who is speaking (deepfakes, fake endorsements, scam calls);
  • uses characters, names or catchphrases owned by others (films, TV, cartoons, games, brands) without permission;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of any kind; promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal drugs; harasses or threatens anyone;
  • attacks or mocks people for their religion, caste, region, language, gender, body or disability, or disrespects religious figures and texts;
  • breaks any law in India or where you publish it, or Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

You also agree not to probe, overload or work around the Service's limits, resell access to it, or collect data from it automatically. We may refuse a request, remove content, pause features or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Your scripts and what you make

  • Your scripts stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the Service for you (for example, sending them to Google's Gemini models to make the audio).
  • You may use the audio and videos you make with BoliLabs for personal and commercial purposes, including monetised YouTube, Instagram and other channels, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
  • AI output may be similar to output made for other users; we don't promise that it is unique.
  • You are responsible for what your scripts say, for the pictures you add to videos, and for having the rights to them.

6. Our part

The Service, the site, the names, looks and voices of the BoliLabs characters, and the sound, music and ambience library belong to us or our licensors. You may use library sounds and character voices inside the audio and videos you make with BoliLabs; you may not extract and redistribute them on their own, or use the characters' names and branding as your own.

7. Other services we rely on

BoliLabs runs on Google Firebase and Google Cloud, makes voices and AI text with Google's Gemini API, and takes payments through Razorpay. Their own terms apply to the parts they provide.

8. No guarantees, and limits on liability

We work to keep BoliLabs available and accurate, but the Service is provided “as is”: we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost earnings, views or data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using BoliLabs and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of your current plan and unused top-ups.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice on the site or email you before it takes effect. Using BoliLabs after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to approach a consumer forum.
